- Husky CO2 Injection Pilot Plant
Engineering, Procurement and Construction support for a solvent (CO2-propane mix) EOR pilot consisting of 6 cold production wells. Project includes the design and installation of tank farms, CO2 well site VRU's and CO2 central facility compressor with associated solvent make-up facilities, and composite interconnecting pipelines. The primary purpose of the pilot is to determine the incremental oil recoveries, the recovery level of the solvent, to develop a safe and efficient operation facility, and to determine if it can be applied commercially.
- Husky Cyclic Solvent Injection
Engineering, Procurement and Construction support to expand a methane-propane mix EOR pilot project. This expansion project involves the construction of facilities and pipelines for two (2), cold-production, conventional heavy oil wells, together with solvent make-up facilities.
- Husky ERCB Directive 60 Compliance
Relief system (flare/vent/incineration/tank reliefs) studies on a number of Husky facilities which include gas plants, compressor stations, oil batteries...etc, both sweet and sour, to satisfy ERCB Directive 60 (D60). D60 is the set of regulatory requirements pertaining to flaring, venting, and incinerating gas in Albertas upstream petroleum industry.
- Encana SAP FEED Study
Conceptual study for a solvent recovery unit capable of a commercial scale SAP (Solvent Aided Process) project at a large EnCana operation. This study includes for a single facility to handle solvent recovery from the entire bitumen production volumes of the complex (Phases A, B, C, D and E) at a total oil production rate of 28,512 m3/d (179,400 BPD). Based upon the addition of injected paraffin solvent to the heavy oil reservoir, bitumen production rates due to the SAP pilot have improved by up to 40% at a fixed steam capacity.
- Encana CBM facility
Engineering, Procurement and Construction support for a grassroots Coal Bed Methane Gas plant. Scope involved two 6 x 1.5km plastic pipelines, tie-in of 13 new CBM wells, well pad gathering header system, Inlet Separator, Reciprocating Compressor and associated infrastructure.

Front-end engineering design for a 4 MMSCFD grassroot CO2 sour gas plant. Project includes inlet separation, compression, amine plant, dehydration, and associated flare and tank farm system.
- Breaker Irricana Field Expansion
Engineering, Procurement and Construction support for the Irricana field expansion. Includes 20 new wells, additional compressor and a pilot waterflood.
- Wave Energy Shaunavon Field Development
Engineering, Procurement and Construction support for a new oilfield development. This includes a new battery sized for 15,000 bod with 50 wells and 10 satellites. We are currently installing a pilot waterflood as well.
